Chicken/Char Siew Rice

I was at Jurong Point today and I decided to head down to this stall called Lai Lai Kitchen for lunch. I ordered a plate of Soya Sauce Chicken Rice with Char Siew for S$6.00. The soya sauce chicken was fragrant and tender, the braised sauce that was poured over the rice adds more flavour to the rice and chicken. Don't forget to add the sambal chilli sauce, it goes very well with the rice and chicken. I find that the char siew is well marinated but it can be a little more charred to make it even more fragrant. Overall, I find that the food served by this stall is pretty good, definitely above average.
